This is my second time to visit Jamie's! It's a wonderful restaurant and I know that whatever I order will be fresh and of the highest quality. I'm a big fan of Jamie's videos and cookbooks!
Tonight we sat near the kitchen/bar area. The red chairs were more comfortable than the benches near the door. The bench seating was really uncomfortable and cramped last time we dined here.
We started off with Ultimate Garlic Bread, which was tasty, but only the top half of the loaf had butter and garlic - it didn't seep down to the lower half of the bread. Probably healthier that way, eh!?! My Strawberry Daiquiri was delicious - made with fresh strawberry purée and you could tell the difference!
It was really hard to pick a main. I was craving vegetables, but I ended up ordering the Turkey Milanese. Delicious and light! The turkey fillet was lightly filled with prosciutto and cheese and topped with a fried egg and rocket. It was very filling and my husband helped me finish it off!
When I was looking up the menu online a few nights ago, I discovered Jamie's Gold Club and downloaded the app. We had a £10 off £30 coupon that was loaded to the app, but when I showed the waiter after our dinner it didn't show up properly. The waiter talked to his manager and honored the coupon after I gave him a few details (name & postcode). I was very pleased with the the customer service, even though the app was finicky. -

I was immediately contacted by Jamie's Glasgow.
They assured me Jamie's Italian always strives to make sure guests are treated to a level of excellence that exceeds expectations.
I'm a fan of their food and restaurants so I am happy they take all concerns seriously.
Well done Jamie's. -

Nice space, cavernous with good music. Drink menu is diverse and pasta dishes come in two sizes. I had tagliatelle with meatballs, the pasta was perfectly al dente and meatballs tender - the half order is perfect for a light eater. I would recommend for a change of pace from the pubs!

My tour manager mentioned that Jamie's Italian (Jamie Oliver) was a decent dining spot in Glasgow and I really wanted to go so I got ready for dinner. I ended up walking through some light rain to Jamie's Italian at George Square. Somehow I walked a little too far and ended up by the river, but I made my way and was rewarded with a warm cup of Earl Grey tea.
Before heading there, I checked Yelp. You can sign up for Jamie's Gold Card, which gives you an extra bonus for dining and a discount of £10 off of £30 dining for two. I showed my electronic card number to the waiter and he brought me an extra bonus of soup. It was pureed mushroom soup and perfect. I also ordered the half sized caprese salad and half sized tagliatelle bolognese. My entire meal was £15 which was awesome. The caprese was made with peeled tomatoes that were slightly cooked and had a strange taste to it. I wasn't a huge fan of the tomatoes but the fresh mozzarella was delicious. The tagliatelle was perfectly al dente and the meat sauce was rich and flavorful. Service was quick and great. I wish they would open one in the states near me. Also, the bathrooms are located downstairs and they are huge. -

5 of us decided to go here for a pre booze munch on a Saturday night (right after payday). We had made a reservation and were seated right away in a booth tucked away in the corner. The restaurant was busy and with a good buzz.
We all chose starters and everyone got something different. The crispy squid was absolutely excellent, in fact a self professed fussy eater tried it and absolutely loved it! The artisan bread selection was also great as well as the crab avocado bruschetta. Despite the restaurant being busy, everything came out in good time.
The mains were also really excellent. I had prawn linguine and the prawns were beautifully cooked. Everyone really enjoyed their meal although an order of the steak frites was overcooked and a little dry.
We had caiprinha's which were lovely and the final price of the meal was pretty reasonable for what we had. Wouldn't hesitate to go back here!
